Chalina was built by NorthCoast Yachts in Seattle WA (a luxury Superyacht builder) by renowned architect Jack Sarin Naval Architects Inc.  She is a 66.6’ pilot house, 17.6’ beam and a draft of 3.9’.  Powered by 2 J&T Detroit Diesels 8V92 turbo and super charged at 735hp each. She is also equipped with Barrett Marine Seabrace hydraulic stabilizers.  She has 2 cabins (Master and guest) with 2 full ensuites (shower/head) very large saloon/galley with Sub Zero fridge/freezer, separate ice maker, dish washer, down draft range and trash compactor.  Stairs lead to the pilot house with 2 captain chars and L shaped guest seating.  Access to the fore deck is via port and starboard sliding doors in the pilot house.  A further set of stairs lead to the covered flybridge with 2 captain chars and multiple seating areas, wet bar as well as an upper rear deck that stores the Yachline tender and davit.  From the pilot house, curved staircase leads to guest room and ensuite, laundry washer and dryer as well as the master and ensuite.  There are 5 on board heat pumps/air conditioners.  The pilot house has a full suite of Garmin electronics, aft deck video monitor, auto pilot and helm controls.  A matching set of controls is found on the flybridge.  She cruises comfortably at 13kts with a top speed of 17kts.     There have only been 3 owners of this yacht.  The current owner has spent over $558K CAD from 2013-2023 on maintenance, repairs and refits.  No expense has been spared on the maintenance of this yacht.  Some of the highlights include the following:    -Complete DC electrical re-fit in engine room, lazaretto and pilot house -Extensive interior re-fit in salon (new furniture) and galley (new appliances), stairs, new flooring throughout yacht which involved removed carpeting and replaced with made in Germany vinyl plank flooring. -Extensive electronics refit with Fusion audio, Garmin electronics, VHF radios, chart plotters, radar, sonar, NEMA 200 backbone, instruments, AIS transponder etc… -Addition of MAX power stern thruster -24v Magnum 4000W inverter, 12v Mastervolt 100A charger with Magnum remote monitoring panel, battery monitors for all banks -All interior lighting and aft deck flood lights replaced with LED to reduce load -New heat pump in guest (5 on board total, 1 decommissioned) -2 new vacuflush systems and hoses -New 9Kw Northern Lights generator -Both main engines have and complete cooling systems rebuilt including turbos and new silicon hoses -All battery banks replaced (12V house, 24V house, 24V controls, all start batteries) -Hull chemically stripped and re-painted -New Reverso oil change system -Re-built davit.
