This boat has been used as a live a board for the past few years.
All of the work to update the boat has been done.  The slip is NOT available so the boat will have to be moved.

    • 7 new dock lines
    • Windlass maintenance some upgrades to anchor chain and connections / gear oil top up
    • 4 solar panels with charge controller have been temporarily disconnected to adjust cockpit canvas tension. Re installation future project.

    • New cockpit enclosure plastic, canvas repairs and support improvements.
    • New security handhold stainless steel railings installed on swim step for boarding safety
    • 3 solar power motion sensing LED night lights

     

    SALON

     

    • New separate 30 amp power system for heating and cooling. Includes boat side plug, new circuit panel box, flush mounted King electric fan heaters in salon and stateroom and electronic thermostats. System setup for future air conditioning.

    OTHER FEATURES

     

    • 4 panel solar system needs to be reconfigured but all parts in good working order
    • Full canvas top and bottom. Top needs repair and new plastic
    • One of the first overbuilt fiberglass hulls ( a tank )
    • Cruises 9 to 10 knots at 1800 RPM
    • 2 spare propellers under stateroom mattress
    • Diesel fuel polished in both engine tanks and furnace tanks

     

    KNOWN ISSUES

     

    • Port transmission leaks and needs to be checked and topped up periodically
    • Solar system needs to be setup properly – it was overcharging batteries so I disconnected system to adjust settings at a future date
    • Still trying to find source of rain water drip above sliding doors
